As part of our initial assessment, our Nutritionist thoroughly review your health and medical history, taking into account your diet, current symptoms, lifestyle, and recent bloodwork (if desired). Together, we assess your health concerns, goals, and expectations to develop a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs.

Once the assessment is complete, our Nutritionist will provide practical steps to help you begin your journey towards your goals. Your personalized protocol will be delivered and carefully reviewed in your follow-up session.
