Spin ( 45 min )

Our Spin classes offer structured, high energy, motivating, full body workout classes designed to burn calories, increase stamina, and build muscle strength. Our experienced and dedicated instructors will lead you to a stronger version of yourself. Our bikes have been designed, pre-tested and ordered directly from the manufacturer to fit all rider’s needs. We have combined the best for you: magnetic resistance with 40-pound flywheel; to deliver you a smooth and a comfortable ride. Shimano Pedaling Dynamics (SPD) pedals; that allow you to pedal with greater efficiency, stability, and comfort. Clipping in provides a secure connection and engages more leg muscle with each pedal stroke. Lock in your spin shoes, which are available for rent at the studio or bring your own pair. Please arrive 15 minutes prior class start to adjust the bike.

TRX ( 60 min )

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. We use TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. This is a revolutionary workout method whether you want to build strength, lose fat, improve endurance or flexibility, the TRX Suspension Trainer can be used to achieve any fitness goal. If you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscle endurance then TRX is your class.

Inferno Hot Pilates ( 60 min )

A 45-minute, full-body workout class when you are running short on time or need a quick boost of energy. The practice is made to make you sweat, move, and build endurance, while having fun! High intensity interval training exercises and 45 seconds moves in a heated room (30 degrees) will get your heart rate elevated and your body in action.

This class will leave you glowing and feeling your best.

Benefits: Muscle strength, increased metabolism, improved mobility and joints function,
weight loss.

Barre ( 60 min )

Barre class is the combination of ballet-inspired moves inspired by elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity small range movements designed to strengthen your body. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. Barre class might push you to your limits, but you can expect to gain a lot from dedicating yourself to the class.  Sections of class are also paired with stretching to increase flexibility and bone density, which can help to improve mobility and prevent conditions like osteoporosis.

Full Body Blast ( 60 min )

Full Body Blast is a workout class that targets all major muscle groups in the body: abs, upper body, and lower body. It typically includes a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises to provide a well-rounded workout. These can include bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks, as well as exercises that incorporate resistance bands, dumbbells, or kettlebells. Suitable for all levels.

LAAB Endurance Training ( 60 min )

Created by Sea2Sky Founder Oxana, Patented and Trademarked, LAAB Endurance training (Legs, Arms, Abs, Butt) is a product combined of passion for teaching, fitness knowledge, and athletic experience all in one. This 60 min fun and challenging class will help you to increase your overall endurance and stamina. This training system is performed in a heated room (30 degrees) with the use of weights to get your heart pumping and help to burn a lot more calories. This is a great class for getting lean and re-shaping your entire body.
