Hot Yoga

Hot 90

Original 26&2 yoga, designed for all levels, is practiced in a heated room (40 Degrees) and consists of 26 unique yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. The postures are to be executed in the correct sequence, as they are devised scientifically to address every part of the body one by one. Each posture prepares the body for the next, each following posture gains from the previous. Take in the beautiful views from our new outdoor yoga space.

It is a challenging and fun class that helps you to increase flexibility and energy, improve strength, reduce stress, and maintain the balance of your emotional and physical body. The class is suitable for all levels and safe for practitioners with injuries. Please bring your mat, hot yoga towel and water.

Hot 60

A condensed version of 90 minutes Original 26&2, this 60-minute hot yoga class comprises preforming the same postures, once or twice, in the same sequence. Accumulating the same mental, physical, and spiritual benefits to your body, the class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experts. Please bring your yoga mat, hot yoga towel and water.

Power Vinyasa

This heat-building class encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice through dynamic and continuous flows that build strength and increase endurance. Power Vinyasa is a full-body experience that will not only develop your athleticism, but also provide the mental benefits of a breath-based practice. Prepare to leave feeling strong and empowered. Suitable for all levels. You would need yoga mat and hot yoga towel.

Hot Flo

This class offers a blend of Power Flow, the Bikram method, and an upper body strengthening series that is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It is a vibrant, full of energy, and quick pace class that will leave you very energized and naturally boosted. This class is practiced in a heated room (40 Degrees). Please bring your yoga mat, hot yoga towel and water.

Hot Yin

Our Hot Yin is designed for deep tissue and fascia stretch of the full body. In the first half of the class we practice Original 26&2 to warm up the body. After savasana, we progress with the floor work and Yin type of stretches at the much slower pace.  The main focus is to stretch hips, lower back, pelvic, shoulders and spine. This class is practiced in a heated room (40 Degrees). Well suitable for students recovering after injuries. Please bring your yoga mat and hot yoga towel.


Aerial yoga

Aerial Yoga is all about decompressing the spine and re-aligning the body. In this class, we utilize the principles of traditional yoga and Pilates. The aerial hammock acts as the ultimate “spotter”, allowing everyone no matter their fitness level, to perform Zero-Compression Inversions. In this low-impact cardiovascular conditioning exercise, you can achieve increased flexibility, core strengthening, muscle toning, and enhanced joints mobility throughout your body. Specifically speaking, the benefits of inversions are numerous. They hydrate the vertebral discs, re-align the spine, and refresh the circulatory system.

The class, carried out in a non-heated room, is sure to release you of stress and anxiety, and fill you with inspiration and energy. Be prepared to hang upside down during the class, finishing it with a peaceful savasana rocking in your hummock fully wrapped into a soft silk. This class is not suitable for people who had vertigo, high blood pressure or eye conditions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. No late comers. Suitable for Age 13+. Please bring your yoga mat and water.

Restorative Aerial with Sound bath

A Sound Bath is deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing, and self discovery. Our hammocks are lowered to the ankle height for better accessibility. All level is welcome. Please bring your yoga mat.

Restorative Stretch

This class is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. This class begins with warm up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor and using straps and blocks for maximum deep stretch. Suitable for all levels. Please bring your yoga mat.


This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints, mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This class is suitable for all levels and students with injuries. Please bring your yoga mat.

Trigger Point Yin

A trigger point is an area of neurological activity in the body. Even when you are relaxed, a nerve impulse is maintaining contraction in a specific spot(s) in your muscle(s) as an adaptation for your most common stressors. Trigger points can form because of stress/anxiety, over/repetitive use, dehydration, trauma, injury, or a combination there of.  Trigger Point Yin class sets up the body in supported, passive stretches giving the practitioner time to relax, gather information and take cues from their physical, energetic, and emotional body. The postures are held from 1-5 minutes, effecting more than just the muscles, but getting into the fascia, connective tissue and opening channels in the subtle body.  This class is suitable for all levels. Our Spin classes offer structured, high energy, full body workout classes designed to burn calories, increase stamina, and build muscle. With every pedal stroke our experienced and dedicated instructors will lead you to a stronger version of yourself. Our bikes have been designed, pre-tested and ordered directly from the manufacturer to fit all rider’s needs. We have combined the best for you: magnetic resistance with 40-pound flywheel; to deliver you a smooth and a comfortable ride. Shimano Pedaling Dynamics (SPD) pedals; that allow you to pedal with greater efficiency, stability, and comfort. Clipping in provides a secure connection and engages more leg muscle with each pedal stroke. Lock in your spin shoes. They’re available for rent at the studio or bring your own pair. No matter the fitness level, prepare to be motivated to achieve higher levels of personal well-being, physical strength, and positive mental attitude. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. We use TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. This class is a lot of fun to start or finish your day with. You will be leaving re-energized and feeling amazing after. Please bring your yoga mat.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a High-Intensity Interval Training workout using the Pilates principles (Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breath, and Flow). Hot Pilates is a whole-body workout, but focuses on lean muscle mass, muscle toning and cardio. The class is taken in a heated room (30 Degrees) to warm up your body quickly, make the workout challenging, get your heart pumping, and to help you burn a lot more calories. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, and build a stronger you. This may be a challenging workout, but you will feel amazing for sure! The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring your yoga mat, hot yoga towel and water.

Inferno 45

A 45-minute, full-body workout class when you need a quick fix or are running short on time. The practice will include interval training exercises and 45 seconds moves to get your heart rate elevated and your body in action. Practiced in a heated room (30 Degrees), the class is challenging, fun and suitable for all levels. Please bring your yoga mat, hot yoga towel and water.


Barre class is the combination of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. It is the safest way to workout where the primary focus is on strengthen accessory muscles around the joints. If you are dreaming about functional and lean muscle and toned body, this is the right place to be. This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring your yoga mat. Barre socks are highly recommended.

Booty Blast

Our booty blast class is a comprehensive lower body workout that will tone and tighten from your abs to your hips all the way down to your heels. The classes are designed and taught so you will improve and strengthen isolated muscle groups in your glutes, legs, hips, lower back, inner and outer thighs. Please bring your yoga mat.

Body Blast

Get lean in this fun & challenging class which combines using weights & cardio to shape your entire body. Floor work & resistance exercises make up this full body toning class. All fitness levels are welcome.  Please bring your yoga mat and water.
