Cancellation policy for group classes:

Late Cancel Fee of $15 will be applied to cancellations for all group fitness/yoga classes if cancelled under 4 hours.  

Cancellation policy for appointments:

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, full payment is required, then the customer would be responsible for paying the full amount for the service. If you anticipate that you may need to cancel or reschedule, it’s always best to do so as early as possible to avoid any penalties or fees.
